Dear Guests!

The purpose of our house rules is to ensure the safety of our guests and their undisturbed rest. To this end, please read and follow the standards! Acknowledgment and acceptance of the house rules are assumed when booking accommodation.

Only those guests who accept and comply with the rules described in the house rules for themselves and their relatives are allowed to stay in our Panzio!

  1. Check-in and check-out
  • Check-in on the day of arrival: 12.00 - 18.00
  • Check-out on the day of departure: 7:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Upon arrival and at the time of departure, the owner or his employee will be available to the guests on site.

The accommodation fee and the tourist tax are paid upon arrival. If for some reason you leave the accommodation before the end of the period you have booked in advance, we will not be able to refund the money.

Guests will receive the boarding house's entrance key and room key after registration.

  1. Check-in

The registration:

- An identity card or passport is required.

The presentation, handing over and scanning of the identity document or the passport is done according to the law and is mandatory for guests over 18 years of age (the accommodation is required by law* to use electronic identification).

  1. Check-out

On the day of departure, the guest must leave the room with his luggage and the parking lot by 10:00 a.m., and hand over the keys and TV remote control received at check-in.

In case of later departure, the accommodation may charge a surcharge.

The guest must settle the consideration for the services used no later than before his final departure from the accommodation.

Leaving without pay will result in a police report and legal proceedings.

Only guests registered in advance (name, address, nationality) can stay in the boarding house. The guest is responsible for the behavior of his visitor, including possible damage. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for damage caused by the visitor to the guest and/or third parties.

Guests exceeding the number specified in the room reservation may not stay in the accommodation's rooms.

  1. Use of tools and equipment at the accommodation, accident protection

Guests are obliged to use the facilities and equipment of the accommodation at their own risk, in compliance with the accident prevention rules.

Children's toys can only be used under parental supervision!

The facilities and equipment of the accommodation may only be taken from the accommodation area with the prior permission of the owner!

The guest is obliged to report the failure of any device or equipment of the accommodation immediately (email, telephone, SMS). The guest is not entitled to correct the error himself or to attempt to correct it. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting damages or accidents.

  1. Wi-Fi

Our guest house has a Wi-Fi system, the use of which is free of charge. The password for the wifi connection is suspended. The accommodation cannot guarantee the continuous, even operation and availability of the internet service, this responsibility rests with the service provider.

The accommodation is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the guest's device or its contents during or as a result of the use of WiFi. The guest uses the service at his own risk and responsibility.

  1. Air Conditioning

The air conditioners can be used free of charge.

Please avoid the continuous use of air conditioners during the day - in this case, the device will be turned off by remote control, and an extra fee may be charged.

  1. Security

We operate a closed-circuit camera system at the boarding house's reception and in the external entrance area for the property and personal safety of guests and the accommodation, which continuously takes and records external footage and stores it in compliance with data protection rules.

Fire extinguisher - located in the dining room and behind the reception. In the event of a fire, the guest must leave the building immediately and alert the host.

  1. When leaving, always close the entrance door of the boarding house!

In the rooms, it is forbidden to use your own iron, kettle, coffee maker and other electrical devices that are not part of the usual travel needs without permission.

  1. Things that cannot be brought into the accommodation area

The accommodation prohibits the following items:

  • substances and objects classified as corrosive or flammable chemicals or substances in the current legislation,
  • substances classified as flammable and/or explosive in current legislation,
  • fireworks, firecrackers, their parts and components,
  • waste, material harmful to the environment and health,
  • psychotropic substances

If the guest brings a prohibited item into the accommodation area without the accommodation's prior written permission, the accommodation may remove it or have it removed at the guest's expense and shall not be liable for any resulting damage.

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the entire area of ​​the house, in its closed rooms, and in its communal areas - with the exception of places designated for smoking.

The employees of the accommodation have the right to warn the guests and any other person staying in the accommodation area to comply with the rules of the house policy. The guest or any person staying in the accommodation area is obliged to comply with the regulation and to comply with any notice. If, due to the unlawful behavior of any guest or other person staying on the premises of the accommodation, the accommodation is fined by the competent authority based on the relevant legislation, the accommodation is entitled to transfer the amount of the fine or to demand its payment.

  1. Entry of the host into the rooms

In an extraordinary situation (e.g. fire, terrorist attack, etc.) without a prior phone call, or when the hotel reasonably assumes, based on the information available to it, that the guest's life, health, physical integrity, property security is or may be in danger in the room, and the guest is the hotel does not respond to your phone call, the staff of the hotel are entitled to enter the room.

  1. Cleaning

The rooms and the apartment are handed over clean, cleaned and disinfected. Our guesthouse is cleaned daily. We provide a change of towels every 3 days, daily for a fee if required. Bed linen is changed twice a week, daily for a fee if required.

We will arrange a date for this with you.

  1. Parking

Guests' cars can park free of charge in front of the guesthouse in public areas. In the parking lot, you must drive according to the regulations of the KRESZ. The guest is directly liable to the injured party for the damage he caused to another parked car.

No major assembly or maintenance can be carried out on the vehicle in the parking area. Minor repairs and maintenance are permitted as long as the cleanliness of the area is not endangered.

  1. The guest's illness

If the guest falls ill during the use of the accommodation service and is unable to take care of himself, the accommodation will offer medical assistance. The guest uses the offered medical assistance at his own risk and responsibility. The doctor is not an employee, agent, or contributor of the accommodation, and the accommodation excludes responsibility for the diagnosis, the therapy used, and its consequences.

In the event of an infectious disease of the guest, the accommodation is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract with immediate effect without refund or compensation. In this case, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation together with his luggage at his own expense within the period specified in the cancellation of the accommodation.

  1. Disorderly conduct

For the peace of the guests, it is forbidden to make loud noises, noisy activities, sound effects, disturbingly loud television, radio, etc., between 22:00 and 08:00, except for an event or program organized or authorized by the accommodation. Guests can use the common room until 20:00 at the latest.

In the area of ​​the accommodation, regardless of the time, any conduct or behavior that disturbs the peace, safety, sense of security and privacy of others is prohibited; is or may be considered harassment, capable of intimidating others.

The accommodation employee is entitled to warn the disruptive and/or loud guest. After the third warning, the accommodation is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract unilaterally, with immediate effect, and to immediately expel the guest without the accommodation's obligation to repay and/or compensate.

The accommodation is not responsible for damages caused by disruptive behavior of guests.

  1. Found objects

Found items can be returned to the owner, where they will be registered. Food, food-type articles and medicines are destroyed immediately. Items that can be stored are kept for 3 months. If the rightful owner of the found object comes forward, he can receive it by presenting and signing a document proving his identity. We do not post found items!

  1. The accommodation's liability for damages

In the case of cash, securities, and valuables, the accommodation assumes no liability for damages. We draw the attention of guests to handle their cash, valuables, and securities with due care.

The accommodation is only liable for damage caused to the guest's other belongings if the damage (except for burglary or theft) occurs in rooms exclusively used by the guest and due to the accommodation's negligence.

For the damage caused in this way, the accommodation is obliged to pay a maximum of twice the daily room price paid by the guest.

The accommodation is released from its obligation to compensate if it proves that the damage was caused by an irreparable cause beyond the control of the guests and employees, or that the damage was caused by the guest himself.

The guest uses and uses the facilities and services of the accommodation as intended, with the awareness and knowledge of his own health, physical and mental state, therefore the guest is not liable for damages resulting from use or use that is not intended or in accordance with the actual health, physical and mental state of the guest. the accommodation assumes no responsibility.

The accommodation provider is not in a position to assume responsibility and pay compensation for damages resulting from events other than his own fault (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, injuries caused in the parking lot, etc.).

  1. Data protection

The guest acknowledges that, based on the provisions of the law, the accommodation is obliged to release the personal data requested by the guest in the request to the requesting authority, if the legal conditions are met. The accommodation may not object to the provision of data based on legislation, official or court decisions.

Compliance with the rules of the house policy is in the interest of all guests, as we can guarantee your peace of mind and safety in this way.

We cannot take into account problems complained about afterwards. It is also in your interest that we remove the factors hindering your undisturbed rest and comfort as soon as possible!
